It has been issued worldwide that the many number of young people often drop out of school at the age which they should be in academic schooling. It is normally caused from the problem of educational system at school and social environment. I would like to talk about how those affect on students and why they often leave their schools.
To begin with, most of educational systems have fixed routes that students must follow. So at school, many juveniles spend a great deal of time to studying some subjects that they are not interested in or they don't need to study. From that, they would feel sick of studying and regard those subjects as useless and not fruitful. In addition, they would lose the importance of the study by being forced to study with ineffective systems. Therefore, to make them hooked into education, the system should be better changed to flexible system that gives them opportunities to learn many things they like to study.
Speaking of social environment, it also needs to be changed. Economic difficulty makes people focus on earning money, so students may be naturally away from the right track with the lack of government support. To improve this situation, the government should give them financial support and even private and public companies take concerted measures to lead them to go back to their school from providing “drop-out” to get many job(?)opportunities after school, ranging from clerical desk job to technical handy work.
In conclusion, educational system and enterprises would attempt to embed unschooled youths back in their school with sympathetic consideration by reforming educational and social environment. Moreover, the government should supplement living expenses for them not to be inclined to get involved in wage earning(?)
