Hello, my name is Kate Lee. I am writing to
you to report the problem with the fax machine I purchased from you on May 5th
and asking you for some help to solve the problem as soon as possible I bought a fax machine whose model number
is A5100 last month, and the reason I purchased the model is that as you
mentioned at that time, it was able to fax lots of amount of documents at once.
Yesterday, however, when I tried to send 30-page documents to the Government
office by the machine, it did not work for some reason. To be specific, the
machine seemed working well up to 10 pages but once exceeding 10 pages, it
could not handle to send them. For this reason, I managed to fax the documents right
before the deadline for submission in Staples located three blocks away from my
home. We need to fix the machine urgently as
there are still a couple of documents to send to the government office within a
week. Unless it is not fixed within a week, I have to go to Staples again and
pay extra charge to fax, which is a waste of time and money for me. Therefore,
I would really appreciate it if you could visit our office at your earliest
convenience and solve the problem so that we could fax all documents on time
