Your Answer ▼Some people think that university students can handle their attendance
in classes and manage their studying schedule. However, I firmly believe that
the attendance has to be a mandatory for university students because they can
learn about responsibility and can save lots of money and studying time.
To
begin with, practicing to show up in their all classes gives them strong responsibility.
I think that many university students are still vulnerable to keep students under rules and
organize their time schedule. Also, there are a lot of chance to skip their
classes such as birthday party, dates, or emotional problem. I have seen a girl
who attended in UCLA and left university because of serious homesick. If there
were strict attendance in UCLA for her, she wouldn’t leave the university. (왜 attendance가 homesick가 관련있는지 설명 필요합니다) All
things considered, if students should be required to attend classes, they could
learn their obligation and duty. Before they go into real world to work, it is
the last opportunity to learn about responsibility.
On
top of that, skipping classes means that they lose money and time. University
fee is not just free or cheap. Students have to pay a lot of money for tuition
fee. Even though some students have very good reasons to avoid their classes,
they are still missing classes, which means they lose their money and even the
lectures. They might follow the classes with peer’s help, but there is not
enough to catch up with the lessons.
To
sum up, attendance in the university classes must be demanded for students.
Through the regulation, they can learn their responsibility and can save their
money and valuable time. There is no doubt that university students have to be
in their classes on time. |
