The
graph indicates that how the rates of high school graduates in three countries
changed from 2005 to 2011. Overall, it
is clearly shown that there is were a big difference in changing patterns and
rates of each high school graduate in Mexico Mexicao, Portugal, and Luxembourg Luxembourge for
the years in question.
Looking
at the chart more closely, one can see that in 2005, the graduation rate there were was the lowest in
Mexico and Portugal, at 20% and at about 53% respectively, while Luxembourg had
their highest point of 80% that year. However, since 2005, the proportion of the
students who graduated in from high school in Luxembourg had decreased consistently
over the whole period, reaching at 60% as its lowest rate. In terms of Mexico
and Portugal in the years 2005, 2007 and 2009, upward trends were shown, where Portugal
peaked at approximately 95% in 2009. While, Mexico’s rate increased in pace by
about 10 % per every 2 years to 50% in 2011, Portugal’ rate dropped sharply by just
over 10%, at around 85% in the last year of the period. |
