It is true that the
number of problems due to the emission of pollutants from vehicles is are
increasing significantly. Although some people argue that this regulation is a
short-sighted solution, I agree with the idea that drivers should have a
responsibility for congestion fees during rush hours.
To begin with, there
are some people arguing that a congestion fee is a short-sighted solution. To
specify this, since most employees possessing their car are is someone who has to
commute far distance from their home to work, even if the government impose congestion
fees, most people may not stop driving their car during rush hours. Thus, it
means that congestion fees may not directly impact on reducing the number of vehicles on the
roads and air pollution. Also, it brings about lots of economic pressures to
drivers. However, despite some downside effects, I think that the government
should implement the congestion fees. 이 부분은 흐름이 바뀌는 부분이니 아래 문단에 들어가는 편이 더 자연스러울 것 같다는 생각이 듭니다.
Firstly, this
regulation could ease traffic jam considerably. This is because those who live
near the workplace tend to opt alternative means like transportation or bike,
which brings about decreasing the number of vehicles on the roads. Moreover, with
the extra budget from the congestion fees, the government and environment
administrations can invest on lots of environmentally friendly projects. For
example, by using extra revenue from traffic regulations, the government can
spend more money on planting trees and flowers along with the roads, which
results in the significant decline of air pollution and also improving the
beauty of the landscape nationally. 미적인 부분에 대한 내용은 부수적인 부분이므로 문단의 요지처럼 정리되는 것은 논점을 흐릴 수 있습니다.
In conclusion, even
though the imposing congestion fee has disadvantages, I agree with the idea
that traffic regulation causes lots of benefits: contribution to reducing air
pollution and fostering beautiful landscape remarkably. 논제에서 묻는 것은 '대기오염을 줄이는 것'에 대한 부분이므로 그 외의 부분은 굳이 결론에서 한 번 더 강조할 필요가 없어 보입니다. |
