In recent years, there is a hot issue whether we can learn everything from books or not has been a hot issue of debate. Some people argue that books have various kinds of knowledge. However, I believe that experience is more important to adapt in society->than books, in order to adapt oneself to society than books. In this essay, I will discuss both views in detail and validate my opinion.
To begin with, it is true that books contain knowledge in->of various areas. There are academical and practical books as well as society skill books such as illustrating method of maintaining good relationship among colleagues. Through these books, of course, students or children could learn about necessary social skills. However, it is just a theory, which can be applied differently in our society. For instance, this can be compare to ->compared to/with arts. If some people study painting only from books, they will find difficult to draw on the canvas. Likewise, we should learn social skills from not ->not from books bout but through experience.
To be specific, adults as well as significant students have been learning social knowledge in class. The students spend considerable time in school with their classmates. By doing so, they will master the method of control->controlling their emotion and improve the sense of cooperation. These abilities help them to adapt well not only in class but also in society.
Lastly, when they become adults, experience will become a guidance to them. For example, if children fail due to wrong decisions, when they become adults, they will choose right selection by the lesson learned from the experience. Such experiences play important roles in helping people.
In conclusion, as I mentioned above, experience is more important than book in order to help people well-adapting. Hence, we should pay more attention to experience than only books. |
