The chart shows the main reasons why students study and the amount of support from that the company support to them. As an overall trend, students in a various range of age groups study for different purposes in a various range of age groups and they received the amount of support from their employers differently.
For the purpose of profession, young people under age 26 have the highest proportion at 80% of from surveyed ones. When people become older this component decrease gradually, particularly in age 30-39 (right under 60%) and age over 49 (just under 20%).
For the aim of pleasure, there is the lowest percentage for consist of young generation under aging 26 (10%). Then, there is an increase in people who study for their interest, over 20% for of age group 30-39 and 70% for old people over 49.
Most of support is provided for young student who are under 29 and old citizen (over 49), constituting 70% and 45% respectively. In contrast, the middle age people (30-39) received the smallest amount of support at just over at 30%.
In conclusion, the young largely study for the target of their job whereas the old usually learn for their interest. The support distribution focuses mainly on both young and old people.
