The two diagrams indicate how cement and concrete are
made.
Looking at the first diagram, it is clear that the
procedure of cement production begins when limestone and clay are combined. This
compound is pulverized by crusher, and it transformed into powder. Then, it
goes through the mixer and is rotated in the heater which is continued to heat.
After these phases are completed, cement is perfectly created. Finally,
finished cement is stacked through the grinder and packaged in each bag.
Cement made this way is utilized to manufacture
concrete. In second diagram, it is apparent that there are four specific
substances to make concrete. In detail, ratable materials, such as cement,
water, sand and gravel at 15%, 10%, 25% and 50%, are blended in a concrete
mixer. The mixer consistently spins and makes the contents mixed. Following
this, the process of concrete making ends. |
