Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Matthew Smith, and I am writing about a problem with my telephone bill that seems overcharged.
I think it should be wrong because I clearly know the payment regulations of your company. Since I have been a VIP customer of yours for several years, as I know, charging for international calls only costs a dollar per one minute. However, I made the phone calls nearly thirty minutes last month, but you charged me $60 for them $60. I have already double checked phone call records on my smartphone several times. I feel a bit disappointed because the same situation did happen only two months ago.
I want you to check my bill again thoroughly, especially on international phone calls, whether something else is missed. Then if I were correct, please explain to me why this overcharging happened for two times second time within three months. After that, you should send a newly changed bill to me as soon as possible, since I will have to pay utility bills altogether soon so that I do not need to want to be involved in a situation of that paying back the overcharged money for international calls. The process was so burdensome and time consuming last time because I already experienced it a few months ago.
Once again, I feel so unsatisfied with the circumstance. If you do not explain well about the mistake, I shall not give you any more business. Please take my complain suggestion seriously. I hope to contact me soon.
Yours Sincerely, Matthew Smith |
