Some
people assert that space exploration can bring positive effects in various
ways. However, many experts become concerned about its extremely high cost
because there are still many areas of society that need to be developed more
such as education and healthcare.
Spare exploration has many benefits on society
because it has led to improve an image of a nation in the world. In fact, there
are fewer countries who are equipped with space exploration technology. Since
it requires higher level of technology, many countries invested a lot of money
and efforts but only few countries made. Therefore, once a nation makes spare
exploration successful, it can help to improve the nations’ global image. As an
example, NASA in United States is acknowledged as the best institution of space
exploration in the world and their research discoveries impose a huge influence
to the academic field. Therefore, it clearly shows that space exploration is necessary
and has worth of investment.
However, despite this beneficial factor,
others claim that there are more important areas that need to be developed such
as healthcare and education. Although they recognize the value of space
exploration, but are more concerned that many governments have gone into debt
due to its extremely high cost of space exploration. Therefore, some
governments become not afford to build basic requirement of society such as
healthcare facilities and schools. As a result, many average people are being
isolated from those basic social benefits. In regard with this problem, space
scientists report that there are many alternative methods of space research
with reasonable costs. This idea suggests that space research can be made by an
alternative tool without directly going to space while improving quality of
life at the same time.
To
sum up, space exploration is beneficial for improving a nation’s global image.
However, the government needs to re-evaluate the value of space exploration in
terms of investing a lot of money because it sometimes takes people’s basic
right of health and education due to its extremely high cost of space
exploration.
