When students finish their secondary education, they face the dilemma of whether to find a job straightaway or to continue with their study. While choosing to enter job market has some benefits. However, as far as I am concerned that it is better to go to collage or university. To begin with, there are some practical benefits getting a job after finishing school. Firstly, young adult can become independent though the knowledge they gain and through the money they earn. Therefore, they learn important life skills and also can begin to save money for a further future house, family and pension. Furthermore, young people who decide to find work earlier have better chances of promotion further their career. The sooner they get a job after school, the better they can develop their professional know how and experience. Having said that, I believe that it is more beneficial for study to continue expending their academic knowledge via further education. It is increasingly common for most sectors to ask for more academic qualification than before. This is because, the vast majority of companies are required talent employee in order to understanding their task with appropriate knowledge which is studying at university. As a result, university graduates have access to far more better job opportunities when contrasted with those who chose to end their education after secondary or high school. In conclusion, there are both merits and shortcomings in this issue. Although, find a job in early age and can take opportunity to promotion, However, there are many things can achieve such as qualification and special knowledge. Accordingly, i personally believe that, taking higher education is overwhelmingly beneficial than work earlier age. |
