Therefore, they can be more crestive,using their the ability to adapt to the rapidly changing situations. While, in this side older people have a limits.

Thay are not afraid of anything when they think about ideas and they have self-confidence that thay can well do it. Actually, all older workers have gone through this progresses. In this progresses, older peolpe have iearned skills through experiences. When older people think ideas, they think never a risk idea so their ideas are not diverse perspactive because they are not courgeous in their business.
