Your Answer ▼ When it comes to modern day's health problems, more and more people are suffering from increased weight and decresed level of health and fitness. There are several reasons regarding this phenomenon. In my opinion, lack of exercise and unhealthy eating habbit play the most crucial roles in deteorating health levels.
Fist of all, these days people do not exercise enough to burn the calories they eat and to maintain the balanced weight. To be specific, they stay sedentary life styles because they normally work and study with computers sitting quite long hours.
Secondly, eating habbits have changed a lot in some countries in less healthy way. They eat more fastfoods because it is convenient and easy to buy. Therefore, they not only eat meals with high in fat, sugar and salt but also eat less vegetables and fruits which are beneficial to their health.
There are several ways to solve those problems. From the start, the company and school should offer exercise class during free time such as lunch hours for free so that employees and students can enjoy short stretching time to relax their body and to avoid sitting long hours. Another way to deal with these issues is to provide lunch that is good for people's heath. For example, companies and schools should sell meals full of vegetables and fruits in the cafeteria so that employees and students can enjoy healthful meals.
To sum up, I believe decreased time to excersise and unhealthy way of eating are the main cause of obesity and health issues in modern society. The companies and schoolds should offer excercise class and healthy meals to people to solve those problems. |
