It is true
that nowadays lots of universities and colleges encourage students to start a
business when they are studying in school. Some people argue that it interfere
with focusing on subjects which students should learn. However, other people
claim that this is an excellent way to acquire practical knowledge and to
create lots of new employment.
To begin
with, there are some people arguing that organising company during school has
adverse effects on students studying in college or university. Since managing
an operation is time-consuming work, students should spend their much time on
business. For example, a few years ago, one of my friends started her clothing
brand, and recently she has been expanding her business successfully. However,
since she has to spend her time on operating company far more than before, she
was obliged to decide to leave from school.
Nevertheless,
I personally believe that creating company helps both of students and nation.
First of all, by operating organisation, students can acquire practical
knowledge from their work environment. To be specific, having the experience
organising business in advance gives a chance to utilise and test their
expertise which presented in lectures. On top of that, it contributes to
increasing the number of employment. Nowadays, nationally as unemployment has
been getting worse, the students' anxiety for the future has been rising
dramatically. Thus, if the government and university invest money or aid in
creating new jobs, many students successfully get their business off the
ground. Furthermore, it can be possible that students grow up independently in
financial aspects in the long run.
In
conclusion, while it seems to be a lot of drawbacks to creating new business
during university or college, it has much more benefits: contribution to
developing students' practical knowledge and building lots of new employment.
