▶ Your Answer : It is often believed that athletes and entertainers have the right to earn millions of dollars every year. However, contrary to this idea, I firmly believe that it is unreasonable that they make a lot of money because they do not affect the economy positively and their success is not determined by the effort. To begin with, let's compare athletes and entertainers with successful CEOs. The CEOs that earn millions of dollars commonly spend their money investing new fields. And it makes more jobs, and a lot of people can be benefited. On the other hand, athletes and entertainers' money is not spent for the economy, but just for themselves. They use money to buy luxurious buildings and cars to show off their wealth and save it on banks. It is only good for a few dealers. The money should be spent and circulated to improve economy but they cannot be the roll. On top of that, they often succeed in their areas just thanks to the luck and gift. The modern society is the capitalism, which means that how much people do efforts results in their positions. So it is ridiculous that they make a lot of money because they are born well. For example, there is a very famous soccer player - KaKa in Brazil. He often said that he practiced for one hour in a day. But, he would be a best player owing to his talent, and got lots of money and fame. It just gives us bad impressions that ordinary people like us cannot succeed, so do not have to do something hard. All things considered, although people can get rid of their stress watching athletes' plays and entertainers' comments, they do not have the right to earn a lot of money. The reason is that they might be able to affect people and economy badly. |
