Some people think getting enough sleep or having a positive attitude
is the best way to become healthier. However, in my opinion, exercising
regularly is the most important factor to become healthier. This is because
people can release their stress by exercising and it can also prevent obesity.
First, exercising enables
people to relieve stress. While sweating a lot and focusing on one thing you
can forget all the stuff that bothers you. Also, you do not have to think about
complicated things such as school work or job. Having an outlet for stress has
a meaning in itself in this world where people have a lot of pressure. Exercising
will help people get back on track so they will be able to become healthier not
only physically but also mentally. For example, once I was hurt mentally from
human relationship, I asked my friend for advice and she told me to try to
exercise. I implemented it right away, and I could feel much better. Like there’s
a saying, ‘Sound mind, sound body’ once I became alright mentally, I felt like
I got healthier physically. Since then, I always exercise when I feel hurt so
that I can release my stress.
On the top of that, you can
prevent obesity by exercising regularly. Nowadays obesity is one of the most
detrimental factors as far as healthy. The affect of obesity is more harmful
than any other disease so it is crucial to avoid it. Trough reducing the possibility
of obesity, people can become much healthier. The study conducted by the Korean
Healthy Manage Center is a good example of this. The researchers tracked the
habits of 200 students over a 3 year period in order to find whether there is a
relationship between exercise and obesity. What they found was intriguing. There
were fewer obesity in a group consisted of those who exercise regularly. On the
other hand, obesity was prevalent in the other group formed those who don’t
exercise. This study demonstrates that exercising regularly has a big influence
on one’s health.
To sum up, exercising enables people to release stress and avoid
obesity. In this regard, I believe that exercising is the best way to become
healthier.
