The woman agree with the university decision to have change in the library new policy.
There are two reasons why she thinks this way.
The first reason is that the policy gives students enough time to reacher paper.
She say that if student have sufficient time, they would be able to write a detail report by writing again and again,
The second reason is that it is convenient to be able to renew a book online.
She say that it is waste of time going to the library just to renewal, therefore to they able to renew books on Internet online connection whenever they want.
For these reasons, she thinks that the plan is good idea.

The professor describes her friend’s story to explain this.
She says that her friend had a difficult time to deal with people at workplace. Because he had a low emotional intelligence. When he got angry, he became defensive and frustrative person, and it made his customer more upset.
However, when he got encouragement from his supervisor, he tried to develop emotional intelligence to empathize with others.
As a result he was able to made customer be happy, and now just enjoy the works.
