Q.Did you have a favorite book when you were a child? 

A. Yes. When I was young, the age probably 10, I really liked this book called ‘Behind story of frog price’. The story about the childhood of Frog prince. 

Q. How much reading do you do for your work?

A. Since I’m a Korean teacher in the high school, I have these chances a lot to read textbooks. It’s mostly about passages of the literatures.

Describe a big city you would like to vist

A. I would like to talk about the city called Santiago in Spain. In the past, I visited there twice, it’s known as the end of Camino de Santiago as a destination which is a ancient pilgrimage. That’s why I’ve been there. In both time, there was in constructions. So I couldn’t see some parts of it. So, next time, if I have a chance to go there, I would love to see whole city without constructions, such as whole beautiful architecture of cathedral. Also, there are several reasons that I would like to visit this big city. First of all, my memories of Camino de Santiago are the most amazing time in my life, so I want to feel the same again. Secondly, Santiago is a part of Galicia where is a traditional north region of Spain. They have typical foods of the region, and it’s very tasty, so I want to learn some traditional recipes in the city.

Q. What are the most interesting things to do while visiting cities on holiday?

A. I think the most interesting thing about visiting cities in holidays is watching decorations of building. Since cities have many buildings in it, in particular seasons such as Christmas, the cooperations or companies decorate the buildings with Christmas lights with cute advertisements. I think that makes the cities look more stunning and prettier. 

Q.Why have cities increased in size in recent years?

A. I assume that the young people move to cities and try to settle down. Historically, people in the past tend to stay where they born, but nowadays people get much information of various jobs or certain cities from smartphones, it makes them more pursuing to good things for themselves. That’s why people try to move to cities and it makes a difference between cities and suburbs in population.
